Sr Manager - Customer Interaction Suite

Youll probably spend part ofyour days on the design and arrangement of scalable, highly attainable, andfault-tolerant systems on AWS. Youll identify the lift and shift of anexisting on-premises application to AWS. Along with this, youll have to decipherthe ingress and egress of data to and from AWS. You might also be called on toprovide guidance on issues such as performance, cost, disaster recovery orsecurity concerns.

Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing securenetwork solutions that meet business requirements.

Creating and configuringvirtualized systems in the AWS/GCP/Azure environment.

AWS Services: EC2, S3, VPC,Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS, ECS, EKS, Route 53

Cloud Architecture & Design

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): AWSCloudFormation, Terraform

Security & Compliance: IAM,Security Groups, Encryption, Auditing

CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps

Cost Optimization &Monitoring

Networking (VPC, VPN, DirectConnect)

Automation & Scripting:Python, Bash

Performing infrastructureupgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.

Creating blueprints usingCloudFormation templates for common workloads.

Maintaining, testing, andimplementing disaster recovery procedures.

Building tools for deployment,monitoring, and troubleshooting of system resources in an AWS/GCP/Azureenvironment.

Must have in depth AWSdevelopment experience (Containerization - Docker, Amazon EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3,Amazon DocumentDB, PostgreSQL)

Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory)

Experience with core AWS platform architecture, including areas such as: Organizations, Account Design, VPC, Subnet, segmentation strategies.

Backup and Disaster Recovery approach and design.

CloudFormation and third-party automation approach/strategy.

Network connectivity, Direct Connect and VPN.

AWS/GCP/Azure Cost Management and Optimization.

Public cloud automaton tooling and scripting experience CFn, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins.

Familiar with Encryption, Logging, and Privacy/Security Protocols (e.g., TLS 1.2, ELK stack)

Lead on infrastructure documentation and diagrams are key areas of the role and require a detailed oriented person

Lead on vendor evaluations and vendor proof of concept (PoC) testing.

Vendor relations, road map, product life cycles, critical production support.

Position Requirements:

BTech in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or Electrical Engineering is desirable

8-12Years working in AWS solution architect.

Technicalknowledge of current virtualization software, tools, protocols and standards,including VMware and Red Hat.

Hands on experience in Public, Privateand hybrid cloud technologies AWS, Azure, Google, OpenStack

Handson experience with network technologies, topologies, IP addressing, V-LANs,Firewalls, etc.

Technicalplanning and organizing are two of your core competencies.

Abilityto see the big picture and to focus on the important details in a pragmaticand result oriented way with ability to challenge when needed.

Provenand documented leadership skills with excellent written and oral communicationsskills.

Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture conceptsand methodologies highly desirable.

Proficient with MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, etc.
