Title- Associate Partner - Sales Tech and Transformation Function: Sales Consulting, Digital Sales Transformation Commercial Work Model: Fixed (70%) + Variable (30%) + 5% Equity or ESOPs Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Partner – Sales Transformation & SalesTech to lead our consulting and technology solutions around B2B sales automation, sales process redesign, Salesforce consulting, and sales enablement platform deployments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales strategy, digital sales enablement, CRM ecosystems (especially Salesforce), and a proven ability to drive new client acquisition, thought leadership, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Transformation Consulting : Lead advisory engagements focused on sales strategy design, process optimization, digital selling, and revenue acceleration for B2B clients. SalesTech Solutions Leadership : Architect and scale Salesforce-based solutions (Agentforce, Salesworx.ai) and other integrated sales platforms (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.). Practice Development : Build and scale a high-performing consulting and technology delivery team under Sales Transformation & SalesTech. Revenue Ownership : Drive annual revenue targets through a mix of consulting services, managed services, and tech product sales. Client Acquisition and Growth : Lead C-Suite conversations, present transformation roadmaps, and shape long-term client relationships. Thought Leadership : Represent Worxwide in webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, and industry forums on digital sales, SalesTech, and automation. Innovation : Champion the development of accelerators, reusable frameworks, and GTM \ Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in B2B sales transformation, sales consulting, Salesforce consulting, or SalesTech platforms. Prior leadership roles in consulting firms (Big 4, Tier-2, or niche sales consulting firms) or SaaS SalesTech companies. Deep knowledge of CRM ecosystems (preferably Salesforce), sales automation platforms, and digital selling strategies. Strong consulting delivery and revenue ownership experience ($3M+ annual quota experience preferred). Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive 0-to-1 growth initiatives. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or similar). Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and platforms (Demandbase, 6sense). Understanding of AI applications in sales (predictive analytics, AI SDRs, sequencing automation). Experience with proposal automation and knowledge management tools. Experience in professional services, BFSI, manufacturing, or IT services industries is a plus. Show more Show less
