Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in the MFI business, specifically in risk or audit departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data handling and risk analytics. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility
Map risks in MFB business and trigger system studies to identify trends.
Ensure adherence to policy processes based on data triggers and analysis.
Train and supervise the CMU team to ensure effective operations.
Publish reports and MIS for CMU operations to track performance.
Take end-to-end corrective action for violations identified from CMU, including case inputs for the Disciplinary committee and product teams.
Provide regular training and briefs to sales leadership on trends in CMU.

Job
Minimum 5 years of experience in the MFI business, preferably in risk or audit departments.
Strong working knowledge of data handling and risk analytics.
Experience in publishing reports and MIS for CMU operations.
Ability to train and supervise the CMU team effectively.
Strong understanding of microfinance business operations and regulations.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
