Job Description

About the Role:
1. Growth Strategy & Planning
Define and execute growth strategies across merchant acquisition, product adoption, and engagement .Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry use-cases (e.g., travel, education, SaaS, e-commerce).Collaborate with Product & Data teams to design growth experiments, optimize conversion funnels.
2. Merchant Acquisition & Retention
Own the merchant acquisition funnel from lead generation to onboarding and revenue activation. Analyze transaction data to identify high-potential merchants and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Own growth KPIs: merchant onboarding rate, GMV growth, retention, and revenue per merchant.
Experience
Upto 24 years in Fintech / Payments / SaaS / BFSI (growth, partnerships, or business development roles)
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
