Compensation & Benefit Specialist

What You'll Do

Provide daily compensation consulting to HRBPs in India and to Senior Leadership. The Compensation Partner will lead and provide guidance on the design of local sales incentive programs and other benefit plans. In addition
  • Oversee operational analyses and recommendations for all aspects of compensation, including recommendations and changes to base compensation, short-term incentives, and one-time payments for India.
  • Develop, oversee, and manage sales incentive plans in India, forecasting sales incentive commission accruals.
  • Assure the accuracy on the incentive commission/bonus payments in accordance with the sales plan set. Ensures payments are made on time. Resolves reconciliation issues. Assists in the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales plans.
  • Performs cost analysis or modeling of alternative projects. Provides performance analysis, reports, and information for sales and/or finance management.
  • Educate India business and HBRP leaders on EFX compensation decision rights.
  • Work with Corporate Compensation on market pricing and compensation administration for India Workday.
  • Provide compensation recommendations in consultation with HRBP and/or Talent Acquisition for promotions, adjustments, retention, and new hires.
  • Manage relationships with compensation providers in India.
  • Provide market insight and participation in the Brazil benefits project in conjunction with the head of HR, Finance, and Legal in India.

What experience you need :

  • 10+ years of experience in C&B filed, preferably managing profit centers and shared services
  • Proven track record of managing C&B for progressive organizations with escalated growth in India
  • Hands on experience in creation & implementation of benefit plans
  • Creation & updating of sales incentive plans
  • Ability to maneuver in a matrix organizations
