Lead Business Development and Engineering to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and deliver technically and commercially competitive solutions across FRP/GRP, Metal Fabrication, PU Foam, and Plastic Moulding products.
· Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales, ideally in FRP/GRP, Plastic Moulding and related product & processes
· Experience in new customer acquisition
· Proficient in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and contract negotiations
· Capable of coordinating and mentoring team members
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Skilled at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
· Self-starter with the ability to define and refine a strategy for effective results.
· Candidates with experience in the composites (FRP/GRP), Plastic Moulding or allied manufacturing industries are strongly preferred.
· Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of client interactions, frequent travel, and on-site coordination.
