Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    To ensure the accurate, secure, and systematic shifting of original land records from various Cement plant locations to a centralized repository, following thorough validation, digitization, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    1. Inter-location Coordination2. Act as the central point of contact for all Cement plant SPOCs. 3. Guide and support location teams on the correct procedures for handing over original land records. 4. Record Validation & Documentation5. Conduct detailed validation of original land documents. 6. Index and pack records in a standardized format for repository transfer. 7. Stakeholder Communication8. Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders including Admin, ACH, Plant Admin, Plant Head, and Mines Head. 9. Ensure alignment and timely updates across all involved parties. 10. Map & Schedule Collection11. Collect authenticated mining lease maps and plant revenue maps from respective Tehsil offices. 12. Ensure completeness of land schedules and supporting documents. 13. Land Data Verification14. Correlate and validate each Khasra number/Plot number against the provided land schedule. 15. Identify and resolve discrepancies in land data. 16. Geospatial Data Acquisition17. Obtain a minimum of four coordinates per map to facilitate georeferencing. 18. Ensure accuracy and consistency in spatial data. 19. Digital Mapping & Conversion20. Digitize lease and plant cadastral plans using AutoCAD. 21. Integrate geospatial coordinates into digital maps for repository use. 22. Attribute Table Preparation23. Compile all relevant land information into structured attribute tables. 24. Ensure completeness and usability of metadata for future reference. 25. Legal Document Analysis26. Develop a thorough understanding of Sale Deeds and related legal documents. 27. Ensure legal compliance and proper documentation during the record transfer process.

Technical Competencies


    Strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills,Attention to detail and document handling expertise,Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic GIS tools,Familiarity with land records, cadastral mapping, and legal documentation

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Law, or a related field. - A Master’s degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Land Management, or Legal Studies will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience
