What You’ll Do
- Facilitate manage & drive operations of real estate accounting in compliance with IFRS 16 principles
- Ensure that all operational and administrative processes are followed.
- Monitor BAU progress and mentor team members to achieve the agreed process SLAs & KPIs.
- As a country controller, manage relationship with Local market as bridge between VOIS and Vantage LM. Which includes organising monthly governance with market, sharing VOS performance and understanding/resolving challenges through other process leads.
- Ensure that relevant measures of business performance are captured and represented in reporting dashboards and presentations.
- Align with local market FinOps team for supporting additional ad-hoc reporting operational activities
- Continuously look for improvement opportunities in the lease accounting process and compliance with IFRS 16
- Performing and reviewing data analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of lease financial balances.
- Regular interactions with stakeholders
- Managing various projects out of BAU like Automations, also participating in VOIS level initiatives like internship progress or transformation projects etc

- Microsoft office skills (especially Excel, Power platforms, Word & Powerpoint)
- Excellent written, spoken English
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Good time management skills

- Understanding of SAP RE-FX module
- Good SAP knowledge
