Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from a reputed institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing buildings, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, education, and sports sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, space planning, design detailing, sustainability, and modern architectural trends. The role requires excellent leadership and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts, and detailed architectural designs.

• Ensure functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions for diverse building typologies.

• Create and review architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and technical documents.

• Integrate green building principles, energy efficiency, and sustainability into designs.

• Work closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity and compliance with standards.

• Assist in preparing technical specifications, BOQs, and construction documentation.

• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, accessibility guidelines, and zoning laws.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.

• Prepare presentations for clients, design reviews and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture

8-10 years of experience

• Strong inclination to aesthetics supported with design portfolio demonstrating expertise in these sectors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or other architectural software.

• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and parametric design tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with LEED, Griha or IGBC standards.

• Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and project management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

COA Registration

• Preparation of BOQ, Technical Specifications & BIM is a plus.
