About The Role Duration: 6 months Location: Jaipur, Mysore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Pune, Mangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Chandigarh, Thiruvanthapuram, Indore, Nagpur, Gurugram Timings: Full Time (As per company timings) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Experience: 8-10 Years Requirement Background Verification: Mandatory, NO JNTU Candidates Job Summary The Senior Developer - HRSD is an expert in the ServiceNow HRSD platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, and best practices. They should have extensive knowledge and experience with the application development lifecycle and strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills. Job Functions Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc. Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow HRSD and other applications including customer's HR system. Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes. Responsibilities Serve as a key team member in the ServiceNow HRSD support team. Support various ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, and reporting. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions. Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, and testing. Stay updated with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions. Qualifications Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation. Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD. Extensive knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, and reporting. Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS. Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Ability to work independently to provide solutions to stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks. Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently under multiple demands. Excellent analytical and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Strong project management skills.
