We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive to enhance our HR operations and provide support to our expanding workforce in Mangalore. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, overseeing the entire recruitment process from selection to onboarding to facilitate the seamless integration of new team members. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and implementing engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. You will also play a key role in performance management by implementing appraisal systems, monitoring employee performance, and supporting professional development programs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of HR policies that align with industry best practices and legal requirements. Identifying training needs and organizing skill enhancement programs, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports for management review, will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are required, along with proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
