Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR functioning and to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage employee records and HR database (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.

4. Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance appraisal process (KRA/KPI tracking).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Monitor probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and HR metrics.
  • Provide insights to management for decision-making.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4–7 years of HR experience (generalist profile preferred).
    • Good knowledge of labor laws & HR compliance.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS).
