Ramachandran’s Diabetes Hospitals is seeking a competent and proactive HR Generalist with 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospital sector . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in core HR functions, with added value given to experience in NABH audit processes . Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records , HRMIS, and documentation. Oversee payroll support , leave tracking, and attendance systems. Assist with performance appraisals and employee evaluations. Manage employee relations , address grievances, and drive engagement initiatives. Conduct employee induction programs , trainings, and policy briefings. Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation. Actively support NABH audit requirements and readiness from the HR standpoint. Help implement and streamline hospital HR policies and best practices. Candidate Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field. 3 to 6 years of hospital HR experience is mandatory. Sound knowledge of HR generalist activities and statutory compliance . Prior exposure to or understanding of NABH accreditation processes is a strong plus.
