Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Handle employee engagement activities and resolve grievances. Oversee performance appraisal processes. Maintain HR records and generate reports. Coordinate and conduct training programs. Support in policy formulation and implementation. Should have knowledge of ESI and PF Portals. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
