Sr. HR Executive

You are a dynamic Senior HR Executive joining the team at Autocontrol Process Instrumentation. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist functions to ensure smooth workforce management and HR operations. Your proactive approach, strong hiring expertise, employee engagement skills, and ability to handle various HR activities will be key in this position. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes such as sourcing, onboarding, developing job descriptions, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will play a vital role in building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Additionally, you will oversee HR generalist functions like performance appraisal cycles, HR policy development, employee grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Employee engagement and retention will be a focus area where you will organize team-building activities, cultural events, and employee wellness programs. Conducting stay interviews, exit interviews, and analyzing attrition rates are part of your responsibilities to foster a positive workplace culture. Maintaining compliance with HR regulations, labor laws, and company standards, as well as managing HR operations and HRMS software, are also essential aspects of this role. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification with 4-7 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing/process instrumentation industry. Your knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor laws, and HR best practices, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, will be crucial. Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems is required, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple HR functions.
