The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs, branding expertise, and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will be responsible for developing engaging visual content across various digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics for digital, social media, print, marketing materials, and advertisements.Develop visually compelling brand identities, logos, and carousels.Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to create graphics that align with business goals.Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide design solutions for campaigns and promotions.Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and brand materials.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback.Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and deadlines. Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.4+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.Experience with UI/UX design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD is a plus.Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.Strong creative and analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
