Job Title: Data Analytics Mentor Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience Required: 3+ Years Overview: The Data Analytics Mentor will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing the data analytics skills of our team members at WsCube Tech. They will provide guidance, support, and expertise to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities: Mentorship and Coaching: Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to team members, helping them develop their data analytics skills and knowledge. Guide team members through the entire data analytics lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization. Offer constructive feedback and support to help team members overcome challenges and improve their performance. Skill Development: Identify training and development needs for team members and develop tailored learning plans. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations on various data analytics topics, such as data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and share knowledge with the team. Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team by encouraging collaboration and open communication. Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, or hackathons to promote learning and innovation. Contribute to the development of data analytics resources, such as documentation, tutorials, or best practices. Project Guidance: Provide guidance and support to team members working on data analytics projects. Review project plans, methodologies, and deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy. Help team members identify and address potential challenges or risks. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data analytics. Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and techniques, including SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and data visualization libraries. Experience in mentoring or coaching others, preferably in a technical or data-related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Passion for data analytics and a desire to help others succeed. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing tools. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
