You will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing campaigns, and interacting with our online community to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagementCreate, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTubeCollaborate with the content, design, and video teams to execute marketing campaignsMonitor social media trends, tools, and best practicesRespond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagementTrack and analyze key performance metrics to optimize performanceAssist in managing influencer collaborations and paid promotionsMaintain a consistent brand tone and voice across platforms Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media or digital marketing roleStrong knowledge of major social media platforms and trendsExcellent communication and copywriting skillsAbility to create engaging content tailored to different platformsFamiliarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.Creative mindset with attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and in a teamBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
