Sr. Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually appealing designs for various marketing materials. Your creative flair, originality, and versatile conceptual ability will be put to the test as you work on projects such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and other promotional assets. Your proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, motion graphics, and other design-related software will be essential for contributing to innovative projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visually appealing designs for various marketing materials. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements. - Create eye-catching graphics for social media, website banners, email newsletters, and other digital marketing materials. - Maintain the company's visual identity and branding guidelines. - Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions. - Organize and manage design assets and project files. - Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines. - Stay updated with design and video editing trends, techniques, and software tools. - Work closely with content creators and developers to bring design concepts to life. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in the event industry or event branding is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
