Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, meet them in person, understand their business needs, and introduce the services offered by our branding and advertising agency. The candidate will act as the first point of contact between the agency and the prospective client, aiming to build strong relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Research Prospective Clients Target businesses, brands, startups, and organizations that can benefit from branding and marketing services. Use online directories, local market insights, networking events (e.g., BNI), and industry databases. Client Visits & Relationship Building Schedule appointments and conduct in-person meetings with business owners, decision-makers, or marketing heads. Explain the agency’s services clearly, aligning them with the client’s industry and specific pain points. Service Presentation & Pitching Present branding, digital marketing, video production, content, and related services offered by the agency. Share case studies, portfolio samples, and insights relevant to the client’s sector. Lead Conversion Follow up consistently after meetings. Work with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the operations/creative team. Market Feedback & Reporting Maintain a record of leads, visits, feedback, and status using CRM or internal tools. Share insights with the strategy team to refine marketing approaches. Target Achievement Work towards monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Assist in setting realistic goals and strategies for consistent growth. Required Skills & Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in face-to-face interactions Strong presentation and persuasion skills Good understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing services Self-motivated and target-oriented Ability to travel locally and manage multiple client visits in a day **Salary is not a constraint for right candidate. **Minimum 1-2 Years’ Experience in sales and marketing.
