Sr. Graphic Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs aligning with the brand guidelines and marketing strategies of Newrise Technosys Pvt Ltd. Collaborating with various departments, you will develop compelling graphics for digital and print media to engage the target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually striking graphics for digital and print media like social media posts, websites, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and banners. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs for promotional campaigns. - Develop branding assets ensuring consistency across all visual elements. - Conceptualize original ideas and designs for new projects and campaigns. - Stay updated on design trends and software to enhance creative output. - Adapt designs based on stakeholder feedback and maintain revisions until approval. - Ensure all designs meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards. - Assist in creating animations, infographics, and visual content for multimedia projects (optional based on skillset). Qualification Required: - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Experience with UI/UX design principles for digital platforms. - Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition. - Ability to design across various formats (digital and print). - Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus (optional). - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design is a plus.
