At Newrise Technosys Pvt. Ltd., we build innovative and customized solutions across Web & App Development, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions, and Bulk SMS Services. We’re expanding fast and looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client partnerships across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Web, Mobile App, Digital Marketing, and IT Solutions domain.
• Lead end-to-end business development lifecycle — from prospecting to closure.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical and project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage pre-sales activities like proposal creation, pricing strategy, and client presentations.
• Handle contract negotiation, revenue forecasting, and key account management.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven track record of business development in the IT services industry (10+ years).
• Strong understanding of web/app development, digital marketing, and enterprise IT services.
• Experience working with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc. is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
