We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – IT Industry

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team at Newrise Technosys Pvt. Ltd. You will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring project clarity and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear, structured documentation (SRS, BRD, user stories, flowcharts, etc.)
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, client interviews, and market research
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure delivery as per client expectations
• Create visually appealing presentations, reports, and documentation using tools like Canva, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Support in product demos, proposal preparation, and client communications
• Maintain project documentation and track changes and revisions
• Conduct basic functional testing and validation of deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Strong presentation and client interaction skills

✔ Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)

✔ Experience with Canva or other design tools for formatting and visual documentation

✔ Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
