Sr. Graphic Designer

• Key Responsibilities Design & Visual Creation
• Develop visually appealing designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Video, Motion & AI Content

• Create basic motion graphics and 3D animations to enhance visual storytelling.
• Edit video clips for use across social media platforms.
• Create short videos and reels to promote brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop trending reels to increase reach and audience interaction.
• Use AI tools to generate promotional videos, creatives, and visual assets.
• Create videos to highlight, recap, and promote products, launches, and events.
• Optimize video and graphic content for different social media platforms.

Product Photography & Shoots (Mandatory)

• Plan and execute product photoshoots for launches and promotions.
• Operate camera equipment, lighting setups, and basic studio accessories to capture high-quality images.
• Shoot still product images and launch videos independently.
• Style and photograph products for digital, social media, and e-commerce use.
• Create rendered visuals of products such as bedsheets and blankets on beds and lifestyle settings.
• Generate images for better product understanding and promotion.

E-commerce & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team to develop product videos and A+ content for online marketplaces.
• Communicate with the merchandising team to support optimal product launches.
• Maintain a structured database of all product launches, visuals, and creatives.

Content Management & Support

• Maintain well-organized design, image, and video files.
• Archive and manage existing visual content systematically.
• Manage timelines, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Provide technical support for design- and video-related initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and basic 3D tools.
• Hands-on experience with product photography and videography.
• Ability to use DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and basic studio setups.
• Experience using AI tools for image, video, and promotional content creation.
• Understanding of social media trends, reels, and platform-specific content formats.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to independently generate ideas.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in home textiles, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
• Knowledge of e-commerce product presentation and A+ content standards.
• Basic understanding of rendering software for lifestyle product visuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Photography: 3 years (Preferred)
• Graphic design: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
