Job Description: As a Graphic Designer in our team, your role involves leading and executing high-impact visual campaigns from ideation to final delivery. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity. Additionally, you will mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers, collaborating with marketing, product, and UX teams to align design with business goals. Your tasks will include designing assets for various platforms such as web, mobile, print, packaging, social media, and presentations. It is essential to stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies while managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute high-impact visual campaigns, from ideation to final delivery - Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity - Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers - Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to align design with business goals - Design assets for web, mobile, print, packaging, social media, and presentations - Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies - Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role - Proficient in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule and health insurance.
