Role Overview

Sr. General Manager (Govt. Skilling & CSR Projects)

Key Responsibilities

Govt. Liaison & Partnerships

• Engage with

  MSDE, AICTE, NSDC, ASDC, State Skill Missions, and Education Departments

  to identify project opportunities.
• Track and bid for

  Govt. tenders, EoIs, MoUs

  under skilling and lab establishment schemes.
• Build relationships with State Govt. departments for adoption of ISIEINDIA solutions.

CSR Engagement & Corporate Partnerships

• Identify and approach corporates (Auto, Energy, Banking, Tech, Manufacturing) for

  CSR-funded skilling/lab projects

  .
• Pitch ISIEINDIA’s

  PLUGIN-UP Labs, CoEs, turnkey EV/AI labs

  as CSR-impact projects.
• Develop proposal decks, MoUs, and CSR reporting formats.

Business Growth & Revenue

• Achieve quarterly/annual targets for Govt. & CSR project closures.
• Work with internal teams to align project costing, delivery, and impact measurement.
• Ensure ROI models are aligned with both ISIEINDIA and stakeholder expectations.

Strategic Insights & Reporting

• Map the

  skilling ecosystem (schemes, budgets, CSR priorities)

  to forecast opportunities.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor tracking.
• Maintain CRM of Govt./CSR leads, proposals, and closures.

Desired Profile

• Education:

  MBA/PGDM (Preferred: Business Development / Public Policy / CSR / Marketing).

• Experience:

  5–10 years in

  Govt. liaison, CSR partnerships, business development, or skill development ecosystem

  .
• Strong network in

  Govt. departments, CSR heads, foundations, and industry associations

  .
• Proven track record in

  closing Govt. projects / CSR funding deals

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for Govt. & CSR engagement.
