This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Finance Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee end-to-end finance, accounting, compliance, and audit functions.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for cross-border operations.

• Partner with operations to enhance cost control, project profitability, and working capital.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (Direct and Indirect tax), FEMA, statutory filings, and corporate governance.

• Provide actionable insights to support strategic and commercial decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• CA or equivalent with 12+ years’ experience in manufacturing, shipping, logistics, or bulk freight.

• Strong understanding of supply chain, port, and container operations.

• Hands-on leader comfortable in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication skills to influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
