Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

Expertise in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms to source active/passive candidates
Strong in headhunting and competitor mapping
Familiar with Boolean search and other advanced sourcing methods.

TAT Adherence & Closure Capability

Consistently closes positions within defined turnaround time (TAT)
Ability to multitask and manage several open roles at once. 3.
Communication Skills
Skilled in offer negotiation, notice period handling, and candidate conversion
Able to manage counteroffers and retain candidate interest

Negotiation & Persuasion

Skilled in offer negotiation, notice period handling, and candidate conversion
Able to manage counteroffers and retain candidate interest

Stakeholder Management

Works closely with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements
Provides timely updates and sets clear expectations with internal stakeholders.

Pressure Handling & Execution Drive

Performs well under pressure and tight timelines.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to deliver without constant supervision.

Open to feedback and continuously seeks improvement
Willing to adapt to new recruitment tools, techniques, and trends.
