  • Working on TCL backend data and Inventory Management systems like Cramer, REPC, Tiger, RERT etc.
  • Responsible for supporting customer order provisioning including design, testing and installation and activation of the network. This is an operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for projects undertaken as per business requirements.
  • Manage all operations with respect to installation support and network service configuration management.
  • Manage implementation for any new network updates. Responsible for the configuration of telecom infrastructure and/or network components to meet design specifications.
  • Manage and monitor planning and delivery of orders in terms of configuration management. Design the network to ensure adherence to the timelines and hand over to project implementation team.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, and take corrective action when necessary. Provide technical expertise for ensuring smooth integration of network and system solutions/network improvement.
  • Routing, Switching and IP Knowledge, including networking concepts (ports and protocols). Knowledge of Switch configuration, ports, access ports, trunk ports and port security and spanning tree protocols
  • Interaction/coordination with different teams and stake holders.
  • Follow-up with different teams till completion of the activity.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent Engineering and at least 1 to 3 years of experience in requested domains.
  • Good knowledge in Telecom domain and protocols, like 2G, 3G, 4G, voLTE, 5G, SS7, Diameter etc.
  • Good knowledge in Signalling & Packet core network and routing.
  • Very Good learning capability & inter-personal skills.
  • Should be a good team player and hardworking.

Key Objectives of the position
Represent mobile services engineering team and provide planning and design for TCL mobile network and support all services of existing and new customers across the globe. Participate in the elaboration and implementation of new services.
