Sr. Executive MIS

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Data Management○ Maintain and update MIS data of all warehouses, ensuring completenessand accuracy.○ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, stock movements,and warehouse performance.○ Track trends in material consumption, movement, and storage efficiency.

2. Data Analysis & Insights○ Analyze MIS data to identify issues, inefficiencies, or discrepancies.○ Provide actionable insights to support management in planning anddecision-making.○ Assist in forecasting inventory requirements based on historical trends.

3. Coordination & Verification○ Liaise with store executives to verify stock movement and data entryaccuracy.○ Compare physical stock against MIS records and report variances.○ Support store teams in resolving discrepancies promptly.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance○ Ensure all MIS reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with companystandards.○ Suggest and implement improvements in MIS processes to enhanceefficiency.○ Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all warehouse data.

5. Team Collaboration & Support○ Work closely with store, procurement, and logistics teams for smoothoperational flow.○ Provide training and guidance to junior MIS staff, if applicable.○ Communicate effectively with management regarding reports and dataanalysis.

Skills Required:

● Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

● Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

● Understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.

● Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

● Ability to handle multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.Selection Process

:● Two rounds of Face-to-Face interviews:

1. Initial round with Store In-charge

2. Second round with MIS personnel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
