Role and Responsibilities To understand the existing clients and requirement flows And work towards growing and enhancing customer relationships by getting more business. To identify and explore new IT Staffing business opportunities both from open market and references And by cold calling, E - mailing and Personal visits as per Guidance given by management. To initiate plan and create sales pipeline with special focus to place available bench resources preferably with end clients And sometimes through agencies. To organize customer satisfaction surveys and submit results with management. To gather competitors info and share the same with management.
