For details visit- https://www.rpsg.in/ Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) to oversee and optimize cost control processes, financial planning, and budgeting in our dynamic FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Product costing, BOM, process costing & overhead allocation ✅ Budgeting & forecasting for manufacturing and cost centres ✅ Variance analysis between actual vs. standard costs ✅ Inventory valuation, shrinkage & wastage analysis ✅ MIS reporting, dashboards & profitability analysis ✅ Ensure compliance with cost standards & internal audits Preferred Skills: 💡 ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle) & strong Excel skills 💡 Analytical thinking & problem-solving 💡 Experience in high-volume, multi-product environments 💡 Exposure to lean manufacturing & cost-saving initiatives 💡 Ability to collaborate with operations, sales & procurement teams Show more Show less
