Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Master Data Coordinator

Purpose of Job:

• Grant data integrity and accuracy in system related to CMO EU products to:
• Make sure only active items are planned and procured – 100% E2E alignment
• Every single PO is raised to the appropriate supplier, as per agreed MOQs and pricing before they go through formal GOA approval process.
• KPI metrics are accurate
• Properly inform FMD Master Data team of what Items need to be considered in Tracelink.
• Be the center of knowledge for SAP processes related to CMO EU products to:
• develop and provide training to the CMO team
• propose system improvements to limit the HC/FTE growth
• rapidly adapt SAP system to new business needs
• To support New Product Launch by timely setting the base of SKUs, accelerate and increase robustness of launch PO process.
• Prepare reports and analytics to take correct decisions/priorities in the area.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Work on CMO EU data in each of the systems where this is used such as SAP, Foresight, TAN portal and any other as appropriate.
• New Product Launch
• Coordinate new vendor creation in each system by requesting supplier to fulfil New Supplier Form, validating info and sharing it with Finance and India Master Data team. Validate Supplier is properly set up in each system
• Gather SKU information from NPL, QA, RA, IL, CMO EU and any other relevant teams as applicable
• Define system parameters for each SKU such as availability in relevant SAP plants.
• Provide all information to India Master Data team to properly create and set up SKUs (FGEX, UPIDs…) in each of the systems
• Inform NPL, CMO EU, Accord Affiliates and any other stakeholder about new created codes
• Request FMD Master Data team to create new serialization data
• Master data update
• Creation, extension (SAP), planning objects, TLanes and NSP management (IBP).
• Ensure the Master Data integrity.
• Activate and block codes as appropriate
• Update SKUs set up in each system, i.e. Purchasing info records, link to warehouse and transactions in SAP, ERP planner allocation
• Align CMO portfolio among systems and communicate relevant changes to 3p Supply Planners EU, Accord Affiliates and any other relevant parties.
• When required request FMD Master Data team to update serialization data
• Systems Key User
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for queries resolution related to SAP Master Data
• Provide training related to CMO EU system processes
• Create SOPs as appropriate related to CMO EU systems
• Look for systems integration and improvement
• Coordinate system improvements
• To work with global IT to priorities ERP related IT tickets.

Relevant Functional/Technical Skills or Industry Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of ERP and Master Data processes especially in SAP
• Ability to switch between broad business view and attention to detail.
• High numeracy and literacy skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Good project management skills.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the manufacturing processes used on site.
• Ability to work in a highly Regulated Industry.
• Experience of working with and developing Access databases and reports.
