Job Summary:

Role Description:

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales and travel plans to proactively engage with customers and dealers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions. Participate actively in review meetings, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by visiting them regularly, understanding their requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify and acquire new customers through market intelligence, networking, and business development initiatives, expanding the customer base in line with set targets.
Provide accurate technical product information, price lists, and support to customers, dealers, and distributors, while resolving product-related queries effectively.
Take ownership of new projects related to industrial chemicals, ensuring successful execution and customer alignment.
Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals by maximizing business opportunities and closing deals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
