Role Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong relationship management, market expansion, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales and travel plans to meet customers and dealers, provide solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs, issues, and expectations are addressed effectively.
  • Identify and convert new customers through market intelligence, networking, and business development initiatives.
  • Generate new business opportunities by engaging dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and exporters.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services while coordinating with internal teams such as accounts, logistics, and management.
  • Collaborate with principals on pricing, volume, and delivery timelines to support smooth operations.
  • Strengthen brand presence in textile industries, unions, and rural markets through promotional activities and innovative sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance market reach and brand visibility.
  • Drive new projects related to the companys products, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Provide technical product details, pricing information, and solutions to customers and clients.
  • Expand into new markets and regions to increase growth and profitability.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments to optimize working capital and reduce costs.
  • Maintain proper inventory planning and provide accurate stock requirements based on customer demand.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and participate in review meetings with meaningful feedback.
  • Develop personal capabilities through training, on-the-job learning, and continuous feedback from management.
