JOB TITLE: Telecaller

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITY

• Product/Service Promotion: Promote products or services offered by the company to potential customers.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Handling Objections: Address any objections or concerns raised by customers and provide appropriate responses.
• Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas or targets.
• Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
• Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and details of each interaction in the company's database or CRM system.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction during and after sales calls.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively to make a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve performance.
• Feedback: Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience of tele-calling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market and neighborhoods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
• Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
