Role Overview: You will be responsible for cold calling and lead generation by reaching out to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services. Additionally, you will handle customer support through inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing and potential customers, managing both domestic and international calls with professionalism, maintaining follow-ups with potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and effectively handling objections will also be part of your role.
