About the company

Client is a real estate consulting firm dealing in commercial, residential, plot, land, industrial plot and warehouse sales and leasing

Role & responsibilities

Role overview

Role involves outbound calling, lead generation, coordination with site sales team, and giving end-to-end support to customers until deal closure.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospects for commercial, residential, plot, land, industrial and warehouse properties.
Generate and qualify leads, fix appointments and schedule site visits for sales team.
Explain property options, basic pricing and project details to customers over phone.
Regular follow-up with leads till conversion and maintain strong relationship with customers.
Coordinate with field sales team and update customers on visit feedback, negotiations and finalization status.
Maintain call logs, lead tracker and MIS in CRM/Excel on daily basis.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings fixed and closures supported

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in real estate or similar sales process.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English and local language; confident and customer-focused.
Strong convincing skills and follow-up discipline.
Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle (lead, site visit, negotiation, booking, documentation) will be an added advantage.
Female candidates preferred; should be target-oriented and comfortable with high call volume.
