About the company

Client is a real estate consulting firm dealing in commercial, residential, plot, land, industrial plot and warehouse sales and leasing

Role & responsibilities

Role overview

Role involves outbound calling, lead generation, coordination with site sales team, and giving end-to-end support to customers until deal closure.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects for commercial, residential, plot, land, industrial and warehouse properties.
  • Generate and qualify leads, fix appointments and schedule site visits for sales team.
  • Explain property options, basic pricing and project details to customers over phone.
  • Regular follow-up with leads till conversion and maintain strong relationship with customers.
  • Coordinate with field sales team and update customers on visit feedback, negotiations and finalization status.
  • Maintain call logs, lead tracker and MIS in CRM/Excel on daily basis.
  • Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings fixed and closures supported

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in real estate or similar sales process.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, English and local language; confident and customer-focused.
  • Strong convincing skills and follow-up discipline.
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle (lead, site visit, negotiation, booking, documentation) will be an added advantage.
  • Female candidates preferred; should be target-oriented and comfortable with high call volume.
