Job Description

You are a dedicated Sr Executive Assistant Manager for IEX Sales at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd, a leading company in water and wastewater treatment solutions with over 50 years of industry expertise. Your role is based in Delhi and offers a remote working opportunity. You should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and the manufacturing industry. As a Sr Executive Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base in targeted regions. Your main focus will be on engaging with business clients to promote and sell the range of products, specifically ion exchange resins. You will leverage your expertise in ion exchange resin sales and related technologies to drive sales performance. Your role will also involve effective management and coordination of dealer networks to optimize sales performance. You should have experience in using the ODOO platform for customer relationship management and sales tracking systems. Additionally, you will be expected to manage Original Equipment Manufacturer sales, expand and maintain dealer networks, and appoint, train, and manage dealers to drive revenue and business growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide market feedback and align on product and sales strategies will be crucial. You will be required to prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress versus targets and provide management updates. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all dealer interactions are essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a Diploma/Graduate degree with a background in Chemistry or Chemical, while an MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage. Proficiency in B2B sales, ion exchange resin sales, dealer management, ODOO, OEM sales, dealer networks, dealer appointment, and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Your ability to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and participate in industry events and exhibitions to enhance market presence will contribute to the overall success of the company.,
