Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Deeply understand our product offerings, including their technical

specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.

  • Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the BFSI sector

through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, industry events, CRM).

  • Conduct effective client meetings, actively listen to their needs, and build strong,

long-term relationships.

  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations that effectively communicate

the value proposition of our solutions.

  • Sales Execution:
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring

customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity.
  • Customer Focus:
  • Provide expert consultation and customized solutions that address the unique power

requirements of BFSI clients.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, customer

support) to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the

sales organization.

  • Technology Proficiency:
  • Experience with Sales CRM software is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in BFSI sales, preferably in the Electrical / Electronics sector.
  • Strong understanding of the channel sales model and partner management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM and other sales related software.
