Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver grooming & professional image training as per airline standards
  • Conduct customer service & soft skills training (communication, empathy, service recovery)
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual & on-the-job training using real aviation scenarios
  • Conduct grooming audits, assessments & refresher sessions
  • Customize training content based on airline SLAs and operational needs
  • Maintain training records and support internal/external audits

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Airport / Airline / Ground Handling operations (mandatory)

  • Prior exposure to

    training delivery or service quality frameworks

  • Graduate / Diploma in

    Aviation, Hospitality, HR, or Customer Service

  • Grooming / Soft Skills / Training certifications preferred
