Role & responsibilities To lead the Airport Operation Control Center officials on duty in shift with an objective to ensure error free resource allocation (Bays/ Gates, Belts, Check-in-counters, Visual Docking Guidance System). To ensure that the resources are optimally utilized to achieve the Key Performance Indicator set by the department/company.
