Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make

    outbound calls

    to potential and existing customers using provided lead data
  • Explain and promote company

    products and services

    clearly and confidently
  • Identify customer needs and

    recommend suitable solutions

  • Generate

    leads, appointments, demos, or sales closures

  • Maintain accurate call details, follow-ups, and dispositions in the

    CRM system

  • Handle customer

    queries, objections, and concerns

    professionally
  • Follow approved

    call scripts

    , pitch guidelines, and compliance norms
  • Achieve

    daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) for smooth closure
  • Conduct

    follow-up calls

    to convert interested prospects
  • Ensure high levels of

    customer satisfaction

    and relationship management
  • Adhere to

    company policies, quality standards, and call regulations

  • Participate in

    sales training, product briefings, and performance reviews

  • Provide regular feedback on customer trends and market insights to management

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates with

    05 years of experience

    in Outbound Sales, Telecalling, or Telesales
  • Freshers

    with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome
  • Excellent

    verbal communication skills

    in

    English, Hindi, and/or Telugu

  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of

    CRM systems, lead management, or dialer software

    is an advantage
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Good listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented
  • Willingness to work in a

    sales-focused, performance-driven environment

  • Candidates from

    Healthcare IT, SaaS, Hospitality, Insurance, Banking, or Membership Sales

    background will be preferred
