Job Description

  • Identify, visit, and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Promote company products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
  • Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
  • Collect orders, coordinate with supply chain/logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotions at client locations.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer data.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches.

    Role & responsibilities


  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in HORECA / FMCG / Food & Beverage
