1 Guest Reception & First Impression

2 Reservation & Seating Management

  • Handle table reservations, walk-ins, and event bookings
  • Coordinate with floor managers for optimal seating
  • Manage waitlists and communicate delays transparently
  • Prioritize VIP, corporate, and repeat guests

3 VIP & Corporate Guest Handling

  • Personally receive VIPs, celebrities, partners, and corporate clients
  • Coordinate with management for special requirements
  • Ensure privacy, comfort, and premium service delivery
  • Maintain VIP guest preferences and visit history

4 Guest Experience & Engagement

  • Regularly check guest satisfaction during service
  • Proactively resolve minor issues before escalation
  • Ensure service consistency across food, beverages, ambience, and timing
  • Encourage guest engagement for events, offers, and loyalty programs

5 Complaint Handling & Service Recovery

  • Receive guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with operations, kitchen, bar, and management
  • Ensure quick resolution with minimum guest discomfort
  • Document issues and solutions for continuous improvement

6 Event & Nightlife Coordination (Kingdome)

  • Assist guests during DJ nights, live events, and themed parties
  • Manage entry flow, table zones, and guest movement
  • Coordinate with security, floor staff, and event managers
  • Ensure guest safety, comfort, and premium experience

7 Brand Representation & Ambience Monitoring

  • Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Ensure music levels, lighting, cleanliness, and seating are guest-friendly
  • Act as brand ambassador both on-floor and in guest interactions

8 Feedback, CRM & Reporting

  • Collect verbal and digital guest feedback
  • Maintain guest preference and feedback logs
  • Support loyalty programs, memberships, and repeat engagement
  • Share insights with management for service improvement

Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in

    Hospitality / Hotel Management / Any discipline

  • Hospitality or luxury service background preferred
