Responsible for managing routine food sample testing (chemical, microbiological, nutritional, and adulteration), ensuring compliance with FSSAI, ISO/IEC 17025, and other regulatory standards. Supervise laboratory staff, review and approve test reports, maintain equipment calibration and documentation, handle audits and accreditations, implement QC/QMS systems, coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies, and ensure laboratory safety, hygiene, and proper waste disposal.
