Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Analyst at COGNOSMED® located in Patna. The Food Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and testing on nutritional value as per label claims and FSSAI regulations. They will also provide customized product development solutions for Herbal and processed food products and handle root cause analysis for customer complaint products.
