We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HR functions within the FMCG sector, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various positions across departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, and effectively source candidates from diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires seamlessly to ensure they integrate smoothly into the organization. Employee Engagement & Retention : Drive employee engagement initiatives that align with company culture, values, and business objectives. Create retention strategies to reduce turnover, including employee recognition programs, career development pathways, and work-life balance initiatives. Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans to address feedback. Training & Development : Identify training needs and develop customized learning programs to address skill gaps and foster employee growth. Collaborate with department heads to ensure that training and development programs support business objectives, especially in areas critical to FMG operations (e.g., supply chain, sales, distribution). Performance Management : Manage the performance review cycle, ensuring that employees are evaluated based on clear and measurable KPIs. Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to drive performance improvement and professional growth. Implement continuous feedback systems to foster a performance-oriented culture. Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, offering guidance on labor laws, policies, and conflict resolution. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other sensitive HR issues with professionalism and discretion. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering open communication and trust among all employees. Compensation & Benefits : Oversee compensation planning and administration, ensuring competitive and equitable salary structures. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring they are attractive and aligned with industry standards. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations specific to the FMG/FMCG sector. Maintain accurate HR records, and provide regular reports on key HR metrics to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the FMG sector, adjusting HR policies as needed. Strategic HR Support : Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s growth goals. Partner with leadership teams to improve organizational efficiency and productivity, addressing any gaps in talent or resources. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus. Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR management. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices within the FMG/FMCG industry. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.
