Roles and Responsibilities Conduct food analysis using various techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, and FTIR to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and validate analytical methods for nutraceutical products in accordance with industry regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, processing, and packaging. Ensure accurate documentation of test results, reports, and certificates of analysis (COA) according to company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
