Key Responsibilities:

1. Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
  • Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, and repair schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

2. Vendor & Asset Management

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for housekeeping, security, stationery, pantry, and other services.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and administrative equipment.
  • Maintain records of assets, warranties, and AMCs.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain administrative records, contracts, and documentation (rent agreements, licenses, etc.).
  • Assist in audits related to admin or statutory compliance.

5. Support to HR & Operations

  • Coordinate for employee onboarding (ID cards, seating, access, etc.).
  • Support event planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and official gatherings.
